Capability: generate.video.text_to_video

Retrieve account availability, rates and current constraints before submitting:

GET /api/app/v1/capabilities/generate.video.text_to_video/models

Request a quote with the same model and generation parameters:

POST /api/app/v1/media_model_credit_estimates

Include capability_id in the quote request. Only submit when can_execute and has_enough_credits are true. Task responses contain status, capability, model, effective parameters and estimated/final credits. Poll GET /api/app/v1/generate/tasks/{task_id} until SUCCEEDED, FAILED or EXPIRED.
